Steps to Success - Listing Process
Select a listing package and place order online or call us at (949) 481-4870 and we can help you place your discount listing order.
Make a secure online payment through our secure server online through (Authorize.net®) to pay by credit card or PayPal. Or call to pay by credit card over the phone.
Complete the listing forms for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from the CaliforniaDiscountRealEstate.com website.
Items included in your listing package (i.e. For Sale Sign or Lockbox) and any other optional supplies you order will arrive usually within 3-7 days.
Your home listing will be entered into the MLS, usually within 24 to 48 hours, where it will be immediately available to all of the real estate agents in your area.
REALTOR.com®, Zillow®, Trulia®, Redfin®, and other highly trafficked real estate websites will provide home buyers around the world with information about your home listing.
Agents and brokers will contact you to show and sell your home. If a real estate agent sells your home, you pay the Buyer's Agent commission that you specified in the listing forms (typically 2.5% to 2.7%) If you sell your own home, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay ZERO commission!
