You Don't Have to Pay 6% To Sell Your Home

Flex Real Estate offers Oregon homeowners three listing options when selling their homes.

Option one is our Flat Fee MLS Listing, which enables homeowners to pay a low flat fee upfront to have their homes listed in the MLS. The same MLS that professional agents use when listing their properties.

Option two is the Agent Assistance Listing Service, where we provide all of the services in our Flat Fee listing service in addition to have a professional real estate broker available to review offers and give you real estate transaction advice to help direct you to a successful close of your transaction.

Option three is a Discounted Limited Full-Service Listing.  This option provides many of the same services they would receive from a traditional real estate agent at a discounted listing commission of 1.5% to a .5%.  Say goodby to 6% commissions!

  • Professional real estate broker assistance throughout the transaction.

Discount Limited Full Service

  • Includes all items above plus the following.
  • Help to establish a competitive list price. (Comparative Market Analysis)
  • We offer 3 discount listing options that range from 1.5% to a .5% (half of one percent) listing commission.
  • Seller representation – we will review the contract, manage the real estate transaction, complete all paperwork, and prepare you for the close of escrow.
