Let us introduce ourselves. We are Greg and Ronel Messick, the owners of CaliforniaDiscountRealEstate.com. Greg is also the Principal Broker and Owner of Realty NET, LLC. and Flex Real Estate, real estate brokerages based in Oregon. We have partnered with Realty Connection Group to facilitate our expansion into California. Realty Connection Group is a regional real estate brokerage that charges a reduced commission split. It enables their agent to provide their clients with more flexibility than traditional agents and brokers.

We are empty nesters and spread our time between Oregon, California, and Arizona. We enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking pretty much anything in the sun. We created our unique real estate business model to allow us to have a flexible lifestyle. At the same time, we help homeowners save money when they sell their real estate.
